Hi! I’m Dewi Houthoff, a certified freelance make-up artist based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
In 2020 I started the Professional Makeup Artist course at Art of Colors Amsterdam. During my school time I started my dream job as a freelance make-up artist.
